All-Stars Arrive,

In the Season 17 premiere, Chef Ramsay invites 16 all-stars back to the kitchen to vie for the head chef position at the new Hell's Kitchen restaurant in Las Vegas.

Raising the Bar,

The all-star chefs compete against each other in a bar menu challenge with a valuable prize: immunity from elimination.

Tower of Terror,

The chefs must complete a four-tiered shellfish tower. During the dinner service, Chef Ramsay sends multiple entrees back to the kitchen and temporarily kicks out one of the competing chefs.

Just Letter Cook,

The remaining chefs must face off in a game of chance to divvy up their ingredients and create their own unique dishes.

Josh Josh Josh,

After a shocking change, tension in the dorms is at an all-time high. Then, the chefs are challenged to work in pairs and cook different types of fish on cedar and hickory wood planks.

A Little Slice of Hell,

The remaining chefs are given 30 minutes to create a pizza inspired by an assigned country.

Both teams must replicate six Hell’s Kitchen entrees while kicking chefs out of the kitchen until only one remains. That night, Chef Ramsay holds a special challenge.

Welcome to the Jungle,

The contestants must create a dish using exotic meats including boar, venison and elk that were eaten by early humans.

Catch of the Day,

The remaining contestants compete in a special challenge involving sea creatures.

It's All Gravy,

The remaining contestants must prepare a five-course meal for a private charity event.

Trying to Pasta Test,

The all-stars are given $20 to buy ingredients for restaurant-quality pasta dishes.

Five is the New Black,

The all-stars face three difficult challenges for the coveted black jacket.

Stars Heating Up Hell,

The chefs must instruct some famous athletes to make their signature dishes using only verbal instructions. The contestants cook in one kitchen during dinner service.

Families Come to Hell,

Families of the four remaining chefs visit. The chefs must base a dish on a secret ingredient hidden in a gift chosen by them.

Chef Ramsay announces that Nick, Michelle, and Benjamin must design and cook a five-course menu.

All-Star Finale,

In this finale episode, the winner of this season is revealed.
