Rookies vs. Veterans,

Chef Ramsay invites eight previous contestants back to the kitchen to battle against eight rookies for a chance at the Executive Chef position at the Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Vegas.

A Fond Farewell,

Chef Ramsay announces that he is taking his risotto off of the Hell's Kitchen menu, and the contestants are tasked with making their own risotto dish in the hopes of replacing the old one.

The chefs are tasked with serving lunch to a room full of Marines and prepare dishes that represent the air (chicken parmesan), the land (New York strip) and the sea (fish and chips).

Hell Freezes Over,

The chefs must compete in a sled race for an advantage in the winter soup challenge.

Fish Out of Water,

During the challenge, each team is tasked with cooking halibut seven different ways for Michelin star chef David LeFevre.

Last Chef Standing,

The chefs cook five commonly served "staple" dishes, but the challenge comes with a twist: each team will have to pick one member to leave the kitchen until only one is left.

One Hell of a Party,

Chef Ramsay introduces his daughter Tilly and tells the chefs they will create dishes for Tilly’s "Sweet 16" menu.

What Happens in Vegas,

Chef Ramsay challenges the nine remaining chefs to prepare authentic Chinese dishes and each chef must crack open fortune cookies to reveal their ingredients for the challenge.

The dining room gets an Italian transformation for the blind taste test. Then, the teams cook to honor supporters of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Devilish Desserts,

During the challenge, guest judge renowned pastry chef and chocolatier, Valerie Gordon cracks down hard on both teams' takes on dessert.

Break On Through,

Chef Ramsay explains to the six remaining chefs that they will face three extensive challenges to determine which five chefs receive a black jacket.

An Episode of Firsts,

The final five enter the kitchen to compete in the infamous "Taste It, Now Make It" challenge, attempting to replicate Chef Ramsay’s intricate eggs benedict dish.

What's Your Motto?,

The final four chefs participate in a tableside challenge, preparing them for the showmanship that the Las Vegas Executive Chef position will require.

A Rollercoaster Ride,

After a shocking elimination, the final two chefs receive unexpected help for their final menus. Then, they share their highs and lows with Chef Ramsay over brunch.

The Grand Finale,

The final contestants must learn menus and plan for the biggest service of their careers, taking place at Six Flags Magic Mountain. The winner of Season 18 is chosen.
