MacGyver and the Phoenix Foundation are overseeing the security and protection of Delasora during his trial. MacGyver is obsessed with the death of Murdoc and believes that he's still alive.

MacGyver's neighbor Kelly Dobbs overhears a plan to have accountant VictorNesbitt murdered. Victor is an accountant with one of Lyle Knox's holding companies and is planning on exposing the company.

MacGyver picks up his best friend's father to take him to his grandson's Bar Mitzvah and finds himself inadvertently involved in an FBI/CIA mission.

The Prometheus Syndrome,

After Prometheus, a crazed arsonist, is responsible for the death of his old friend, MacGyver sets out to solve the mystery of this madman and capture him.

MacGyver faces the strange and frightening world of Voodoo, as he tries to save his politically active neighbor from a deranged, underground death squad.

Deadly Silents,

A retired silent film comedian, Pinky, donates his films to the Phoenix Foundation and together, he and MacGyver, find themselves caught in a deadly trap woven by a special effects master named Neil who is out for revenge.

While working at the Challenger Club, MacGyver finds he must save the local gang kids from Minton, the local gun supplier, who is planning to kill all the gang members as well as letting Brian Jefferies take the wrap for a murder he did not commit.

MacGyver fights to save a housing project after tenants have been forced out of their homes by corrupt money-hungry landlords.

The Mountain of Youth,

MacGyver and his old friend Jack Dalton discover that inhabitants in a mountain valley live to be over 150 years old. Unfortunately, they also discover that it is the secret site of a heavy water plant used for nuclear weapon technology.

When MacGyver becomes intertwined in a scheme to stop Chinese slave labor, he discovers that he has a son, Sam, who is also interested in bringing the fall of the man behind it all.
