The unthinkable happens when a hostage is executed in the midst of a high stakes negotiation. Faced with self-doubt, Eric and the team must retrace their steps to find their fatal error.

When a copycat killer takes a teenager hostage, Eric is forced to negotiate with the original serial killer, who is behind bars, in order to catch the captor.

Eric is given the impossible task of negotiating the release of the daughter of a prominent politician – a woman who has taken a public hardline on never paying kidnappers’ ransoms.

While on board a plane with his daughter, Eric must negotiate with a suicidal co-pilot who has locked the captain out of the cockpit.

When a mother and father are held hostage by a ruthless mob boss, Eric works with the hostages’ children in order to save their parents’ lives.

Eric is tasked with negotiating the release of a farmer held hostage by illegal migrants. Tensions rise as Eric and the team uncover that the migrants are holding the farmer hostage in order to pay a ransom to an even more dangerous captor.

A longtime adversary threatens to make Eric’s daughter a murderer if he doesn’t succeed at negotiating a high-stakes business deal for a new cryptocurrency which could destabilize the world economy.
