Tamar Braxton must find her life after losing her husband, career, and family! With a dream coach and documentary crew in tow, can she heal herself to make music again and build a relationship with her new boyfriend David, or will it all be too much?

Break Room Breakdown,

After a breakthrough session with Goli, Tamar struggles to record with hit producer J White. Meanwhile, her relationship with David hits a snag when Tamar's past makes an appearance. And Tamar explodes when the production team makes a suggestion.

Old and New Wounds,

Tamar struggles with health issues and the ghosts of returning to her hometown to perform. David and her sister Traci's husband try to negotiate a treaty between the sisters. Chaos erupts when David questions the Dream Work; Mona intervenes.

Caught in the Middle,

David confronts Goli about the nature of the Dream Work. Tamar opens for Todrick Hall, while planning David's birthday party. Goli and Tamar sit down to resolve David's issues with their work together and Tamar gets fed up with production... again.

Celebration and Chaos,

With Goli and David at odds, and his family in from Nigeria, Tamar juggles multiple challenges at his 50th birthday party. An analysis of Tamar's dream leads to an epiphany, but the peace is shattered when Goli and David have an epic showdown!

Following Goli quitting, Tamar and David return from Trina's wedding with shocking details of what occurred. Tamar reacts to seeing footage from the documentary, and Mona sits down with both David and Tamar to write the final chapter on her journey.
