The Secret Garden,

The Secret Garden is a romantic French restaurant that is on the brink of bankruptcy. Chef Ramsay causes a stir as he suggests changing the ugly décor, the menu and the filthy kitchen.

Lela's is an upscale restaurant in desperate need of clientele. When Chef Ramsay starts criticizing the menu, the executive chef sees red, leading to a showdown in front of the staff.

Sebastian's prepares frozen food from a complex menu and the wait staff is more concerned about auditioning for their acting roles than serving meals.

Chef Ramsay visits the family-run Finn McCool's in Westhampton, New York and faces an obnoxious head chef who happens to be the owner's son.

The Mixing Bowl,

Located in Bellmore, New York, The Mixing Bowl faces an influx of competition and barely has customers. Chef Ramsay strives to correct problems with the restaurant's appearance and menu.

Chef Ramsay must work with a hard-headed chef and inexperienced owners to make some changes and bring customers back to Seascape.

Chef Ramsay heads to Fair Lawn, New Jersey to find a lackadaisical wait staff hurting the Italian restaurant Campania's.

Chef Ramsay visits Peter's, a family-run Italian restaurant in Babylon, New York. He discovers that the eatery is sinking because of its brash manager and co-owner.

The Olde Stone Mill,

Chef Ramsay travels to The Olde Stone Mill in Tuckahoe, New York. Although the front has been renovated, the kitchen still serves less-than-stellar food.

Chef Ramsay is in the Big Apple to revamp Dillon's, an Indian restaurant just blocks away from his own thriving eatery. Stubborn owner Mohammed loses approximately $25,000-$50,000 a month.

Chef Ramsay visits Mount Sinai, New York to help spruce up Bill and Carolyn LeRoy's Handlebar restaurant and lounge, which looks like it's stuck in the 1980s.

Chef Ramsay tries to help Italian restaurant Trobiano's. When Ramsay confronts the owner about the cleanliness of the kitchen and the tastiness of the food, tensions rise.

Fiesta Sunrise,

Chef Ramsay helps out a family-run Mexican restaurant called Fiesta Sunrise — which is in deep financial trouble and extremely dirty. Can Ramsay get the family on the path to success?

Hannah and Mason's,

Chef Ramsay visits French bistro Hannah and Mason's. Owned by two friends who lack business skills and motivation, the restaurant administers bounced checks to the staff.

Chef Ramsay visits Sabatiello's and finds a hot-headed owner who is deep in debt. The owner gets so angry at his employees and Ramsay's criticism that he shuts down the eatery himself.

Chef Ramsay visits Black Pearl, a seafood restaurant that has three owners, each running the kitchen in a different manner. This leads to a confused staff and variable quality in food.

Located in Indiana, J. Willy's Bar and Grille is deep in debt. When Chef Ramsay arrives, he challenges the owners to use fresh ingredients, but the inexperienced chefs get overwhelmed.

Chef Ramsay drops by Café 36, a French-American eatery in Illinois. The couple who own the place are lacking in business skills and need Ramsay's expertise to teach them how to draw in a crowd.

Chef Ramsay makes his way to Macomb Township, Michigan to inspect Giuseppe's, a family-run Italian restaurant afflicted with a bickering father-son duo and a shortage of customers.

Jack's Waterfront,

Ramsay arrives at Jack's Waterfront and is appalled by the lack of fresh seafood and inattentive management. The general manager's excessive socializing with patrons may sink the place.

Chef Ramsay travels to LA to inspect Sante La Brea. He discovers a financially strapped owner who isn't respected by his staff. And an incident that occurs in the eatery leads to a police visit.
