All 16 teams representing four regions of the UK are called to Kitchen Headquarters to meet the judges and size up their competitors.

Kitchen Headquarters,

With all four teams having completed their themed restaurant at home, the competition now moves up a gear to Kitchen Headquarters where the scores will be revealed.

Tonight the ‘Mam ‘n’ Son’ team, Linda and Simon from Wakefield, kick off the first restaurant of the Northern region. They have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges to taste and critique.

Hunter Gatherers,

Michelin starred chef Michael Caines and culinary legend Prue Leith present a new entertaining series.

Syrian Siblings,

Tonight the ‘Syrian Siblings’ team, big sister and younger brother Razan and Reda, stage their themed restaurant at the local college where Reda studies.

Healthy Mummies,

Tonight the ‘Healthy Mummies’, best friends Anna and Faye, stage their health-conscious restaurant at home in Harrogate. They have seven hours to shop, prep and cook for the rival teams and the judges.

The team with the highest number of points from the week’s restaurant contest win immunity to the next round. The teams in second and third place on the leaderboard will cook off against each other on the Kitchen HQ stations.

The Village Team,

Tonight the ‘Ladies of the Village’ team, Catherine and Debbie, from the picture-postcard village of Lasham in Hampshire, kick off the first restaurant of the Southern region.

Bollywood Spice,

Michelin starred chef Michael Caines and culinary legend Prue Leith present a new entertaining series.

Barbecue Buddies,

Michelin starred chef Michael Caines and culinary legend Prue Leith present a new entertaining series. They will be judging 16 pairs of entrepreneurial and inspired amateur cooks who open their own restaurant at home for one ambitious night.

Country Couple,

Today it’s married couple Beverley and Sarah’s turn to stage their themed restaurant at home. The ‘Country Couple’ team has seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges.

With all four teams from the South having completed their themed restaurant at home, the competition now moves up a gear to Kitchen Headquarters where the scores will be revealed.

Tonight ‘Foodie Fiancés’ Laura and Louis from Wales have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges.

Inseparable Sisters,

Tonight ‘Inseparable Sisters’ Thuy and Thu born and bred in Vietnam but living in Birmingham have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges.

Tonight ‘Medical Mates’ Raechel and Andy from the Midlands have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges.

Nottingham Newlyweds,

Tonight ‘Nottingham Newlyweds’ Karen and Alex from the Midlands have seven hours to shop, prep and cook a three-course meal for their rival teams and the judges.

Semi Final Group A,

With all four teams from the Midlands and Wales region having completed their themed restaurant at home, the competition now moves up a gear to Kitchen Headquarters where the scores will be revealed.

The Farmer's Choice,

At Kitchen HQ we’re going al fresco for the first outdoor challenge. The eight strongest teams pack their pitchforks for a farmer’s feast, cooking brunch for local farmers using fabulous local produce.

People's Choice Group A,

The eight remaining teams have been split into two groups, Group A and Group B. Tonight it’s Group A, best friends Catherine and Debbie, engaged couple Laura and Louis, workmates and barbecue enthusiasts Dan and Ben and healthy mums Anna and Faye.

Sudden Death Group A,

Yesterday, barbecue enthusiasts and best mates Dan and Ben made their canapés too hot to handle. And for best friends and mums Anna and Faye, their healthy canapés failed to impress the special guests or the judges.

Quarter Final Group A,

Today, on the historic grounds of Stoneleigh Abbey the remaining three teams, old friends, Catherine and Debbie, engaged couple, Laura and Louis, and healthy best mates, Anna and Faye go head to head in our first quarter-final.

Semi Final Group A,

People's Choice Group B,

Sudden Death Group B,

Michelin starred chef Michael Caines and culinary legend Prue Leith present a new entertaining series. They are judging 16 pairs of inspired amateur cooks as they battle it out in a bid to scoop the £10,000 prize
