DSI Stella Gibson realises that her mistakes have led Paul Spector to Rose Stagg. Fearing for her safety, the police step up their investigation into the killer stalking Belfast’s streets.

With the killer’s identity now known to the police, Gibson focuses her efforts into tracking down Paul Spector, putting his family under surveillance and lying in wait.

As Gibson comes to terms with the personal invasion Paul Spector made into her life, a shocking discovery proves that Spector is both a master manipulator and a frightening force to reckon with.
