Group 1 is tasked with turning farm-fresh produce into fine dining and serving it to the farmers who grew it.

Group 2 must produce a sophisticated seafood lunch for hungry sailors, but cooking in the elements takes its toll sending teams into choppy waters.

We’re back at the MKR Restaurant for a Sudden Death cook-off. It’s a passionate battle in the kitchen, while at the table accusations lead to an admission.

In a series first, the competition will farewell three teams as the Semi-Final line-up is decided. With only one place left, no one is feeling confident and as the pressure increases, tempers flare.
