Under deep cover in the Dominican Republic, Michael works as part of the deal he made with the CIA. A notorious underground terrorist named Burke recruits him to steal sensitive equipment from a secure defense facility.

Michael returns to Miami in order to preserve his cover, but Strong puts a damper on his homecoming by forbidding Michael from contacting his friends.

Sam and Jesse travel to the Dominican Republic after Michael asks for their help with a high-stakes trade involving an international bomber. Meanwhile, Fiona must intervene when a cutthroat bookie tries to extort Madeline for an unpaid debt.

Brothers in Arms,

As Michael tries to uncover details about Burke’s underground network, he and his team receive an assignment to break a prisoner out of a Russian black site in Cuba. To assist, Fiona and Madeline work to frame a corrupt Russian bureaucrat for treason.

Michael joins forces with a former Russian operative working in Burke's organization to escape Cuba; Strong tries to convince Fiona to help Michael.

Michael wrestles with old feelings while working with Fiona to steal information from a programming syndicate for Sonya. Elsewhere, Sam and Jesse help Barry locate a former girlfriend.
