After a botched bank robbery attempt results in a hostage standoff, Captain Horst Cali and his team helm negotiations.

Who’s Afraid of Mr. Wolf?,

Horst demands a teenage boy's release, cutting the electricity in the bank until he's freed.

Rebuked for giving Mr. Wolf the upper hand, Captain Horst Cali is replaced by a FBI negotiator and placed on the sidelines.

One of the hostages is accidentally shot, forcing Horst to reevaluate his strategy and his trust in Wolf.
