Glover has a tryst with a woman named Anna, but her fiancé Nico arrives at the hospital for revenge.

Let Them Eat Cake,

The patients decide to go on a hunger strike to protest the abysmal hospital food.

Norman forms a crush on the new nurse Sally but faces stiff competition from Glover, Dr. Thorpe and Gupte.
