Each contestant will be dragged behind a horse. Contestant will enter a elevator shaft and will be covered by approximately 400 rats. One at a time each contestant will sit in the front seat of a car as the car is raised by crane over 100 feet in the air.

Descender Jump/Eat Sheep's Eye/Water Tank,
Contestants will hang from a bar positioned outside a 12th-story window and then drop using a descender line. Each contestant must eat three sheep's eyes within three minutes. They will be lowered headfirst into a water tank by their feet.

Dog Attack/Snake Pit/Beam Walk,
The contestant fires a starter's pistol and runs from an attack dog. The contestants lie in a pit filled with faux rocks and burlap. A 6 and a half inch wide beam hangs over 100 feet in the air.

Semi Truck Jump/Meal Worm Pit/Reverse Bungee With Paint Ball,
The contestant stands on top of a moving semi truck jump and leaps. Approximately 300,000 superworms will be placed into the case with the contestants. Each contestant will be holding a paint ball gun and harnessed to a reverse bungee line.

Eat Buffalo Testicles/Pendulum Swing-Human Wrecking Ball/Submerged Car,
Each contestant will be asked to eat two boiled buffalo testicles in 4 minutes. Each contestant will be harnessed and raised by crane. Each contestant will sit in the front seat of a car as the car is lowered by crane to the same depth of water.

Each contestant will climb a one hundred and ten foot tower. Each contestant will be asked to eat 6 worms in 4 minutes. Each contestant will have to find their way through an underground tunnel.

Submarine Dive/Cricket Eating/Slide For Life,
Contestant will swim under the boat collecting glow sticks along the way. Contestant will throw a dart and the score that they hit, the number of crickets the they will have to eat. Contestant will be harnessed and raised by a crane.

Power Pole/Pig Buffet/Traverse the Truck,
Each contestant climbs a 35-foot power pole and stands on top. They select a fortune cookie, with each cookie containing a different part of a pig. The contestant stands on a skid at the back of a semi-truck.

Jet Ski/Bowling for Beetles/Traverse Building,
Contestants will pull themselves into the belly of the helicopter. The number of pins left standing represents the number of live beetles that each contestant will have to eat. The contestant has to climb a rope over 100 feet into the air.
