Can food affect a man's fertility? Gordon blames his own low sperm count on the fact that chefs are constantly exposed to high levels of heat. He enlists the help of a fertility expert and a clinical embryologist to see whether they support his theory.

GORDON RAMSAY challenges CHRIS MOYLES to cook in a Fast Food race against his local takeaway.  Today's brigade are four Estate Agents, cooking sauteed black pudding, sage and onion rosti and soft boiled eggs, breadcrumbed veal escalope and a tiramisu.

On the menu tonight - pan-roasted foie gras with rhubarb, butter-roasted rib eye of beef and summer berry soup with floating islands. Tonight’s brigade of passionate amateur cooks are four feisty members of the Kent Fire Brigade.

Tonights brigade of amateur cooks are four country girls from Lancashire, serving duck egg with tapenade and anchovy fingers, a main course of tandoori spiced halibut with cucumber raita, and a heavenly dessert of scotch pancakes with caramelised bananas.

On the menu for tonight's programme is seared tuna nicoise salad with soft-boiled egg, roast chicken breast with a morel sauce and grilled asparagus, and spiced roast apples and pears with madeleines and vanilla ice cream.

This weeks brigade are the 'Desperate Housewives' from Nottingham who serve up broad bean risotto with scallops, pork chops with apple, raddichio and a courgette tempura, and a dessert of cherry samosas. Will they do better than last week’s team?

Tonight’s amateur brigade is a team of tough female police officers from Lancaster, who will be cooking a delicious meal of roast pigeon with wild mushroom and asparagus salad, roast skate with beetroot and pain perdu with caramelised peaches.

This week's brigade of passionate amateurs, four ex Army Captains, take on pea, asparagus, pancetta & goat's cheese frittata followed by honey roast duck with green beans and a hazelnut vinaigrette and a classic baked alaska for dessert.

The F Word takes place against the backdrop of a working kitchen staffed by Gordon Ramsey and his amateur kitchen crew. Throughout the show Gordon and co prepare a 3 course meal for 50 diners, who don't have to pay if they don't like the food.
