Mister Rogers plants a seed and visits a conservatory. King Friday orders Handyman Negri to sing a song about not being afraid. This makes the neighbors even more anxious about the “big thing” that is to arrive in the neighborhood.

Mister Rogers plays games that require patience.  Purple Panda experiments with a powder that causes flowers to grow. Prince Tuesday wishes the powder to make him grow. Mister Rogers goes to see the Harlem Spiritual Ensemble practice.

Bob Trow picks up the Bob Dog costume from Mister Rogers. Handyman Negri provides both royal birds with a three-cornered hat. Quickly finding a hat to fit Bob Dog, however, proves to be a bit more difficult.
