Barney tickets Gomer for a U-turn and is then detained in a citizen's arrest by Gomer for the same thing.

Opie and his chums take their roles as Robin Hood and his merry men seriously as they befriend a hobo at the expense of the pantries of Mayberry.

Barney and the Cave Rescue,

Barney organizes a rescue party when Andy and Helen are trapped in a cave by a landslide.

Andy And Opie's Pal,

Opie learns a lesson in friendship when he befriends a newcomer to Mayberry.

Aunt Bee The Crusader,

Aunt Bee stirs up a crusade for a chicken farmer whose property has been condemned to make way for a new road.

Barney's Sidecar,

Barney adds a vintage motorcycle to the rolling stock of the Mayberry Sheriff's department, to the Sheriff's regret.

Ernest T. Bass is a would-be Romeo, who is brought into the sheriff's home in an effort to teach him some manners.

Prisoner of Love,

A beautiful prisoner threatens to crumble the security of the Mayberry jail, as both Andy and Barney fall for her charms.

Otis Campbell acquires a car and threatens life and limb of Mayberry's pedestrian population.

Gomer falls asleep on the job and Andy douses a fire to save his life. Gomer becomes a menace trying to repay the favor.

Aunt Bee saves money by buying a side of beef. The beef is tough, the freezer conks out, and Gomer attempts to fix the motor.

Divorce Mountain Style,

A strange mountain-style divorce ritual is frustrated by another ritual performed by Barney.

A Deal Is A Deal,

When Opie gets caught in a scheme to sell a useless product, Barney and Gomer come to his rescue.

Joyce Jameson and Jean Carson appear as two fun-loving blondes who upset the sheriff's office.

The Return of Malcolm Merriwether,

British comedian Bernard Fox plays an Englishman who returns to Mayberry and upsets Aunt Bee with his efficiency.

Barney interprets a kiss as a sign of a secret engagement between Andy and Helen. The town gets the word and prepares a surprise party for the couple.

Barney and Thelma Lou, PHFFTT,

Barney is furious when he sees his girl Thelma Lou kiss, Gomer.

Back to Nature,

Andy takes his son Opie and several of his pals on a camping trip. Barney and Gomer tag along to help out but only succeed in getting themselves lost in the woods.

Gomer Pyle - U.S.M.C.,

Gomer Pyle decides to join the Marine Corps and immediately falls afoul of his drill instructor Sergeant Carter.
