John is in an awkward situation when his building super is found dead of natural causes

Becker had an ethical decision to make with one of his patients and Reggie is proposed to on her second date with a man.

What Indifference a Day Makes,

Becker is a mentor to a student and Reggie, Bob and Jake come to a standstill in their friendship.

John is accused of being a creature of habit and as a result, tries a new restaurant.

Becker runs into an old flame and fights with his conscience to spend the night with her because she's a married woman.

Smoke em if You Got em,

Becker has made a resolution to quit smoking and he announces it to everyone at the diner.

Margaret's Dream,

Margaret has an erotic dream about John and Linda tries to analyze it. Reggie, Jake and Bob get drunk off a keg of beer.

John has anxiety issues over dating a younger woman and Reggie is getting threats from an ex-convict.

Dr. Angry Head,

Christmas turns Reggie into a competitive freak; Bob, a greedy super; Jake, a non-participant and John an Angry Head.

The Trouble with Harry,

John inherits an urn with one of his old patients, Harry in it.

Becker has a run-in at the office with an elder hostile Jake's grandmother.

The Ugly Truth,

Reggie makes John a test subject in her psychology experiment and Jake gets his driver's license renewed.

The Princess Cruise,

John Becker goes on a cruise and Jake dates a supermodel.

After her marriage ends, Megan re-enters Becker's life and he becomes aware of Megan's sordid past.

The More You Know,

Linda and Reggie date the same man and Becker unwillingly gets involved. Bob finds out he has a tenant whos a prostitute.

Nocturnal Omissions,

John Becker has insomnia and the gang tries to help him get through it.

Becker gets an unexpected visit from his godson who is reluctant to tell his father he's gay. Reggie gets into a caddy argument with her friend, Sara.

John thinks the new water deliveryman is bad luck. A string of mishaps occur and everyone blames it on the deliveryman.

Sue You (Part 2),

John is being sued for malpractice by a patient. Louis knits Margaret a swest (sweater/vest) and Reggie, Bob and Jake discuss the worst ways to die.

Trials and Defibrillations,

Beckers patient sues him for malpractice and Bob sleeps with his Johns lawyer, Ruth.
