An Enterprise away-team fights delusions and paranoid suspicions caused by an alien wildflower's hallucinogenic pollen while stranded overnight to wait out a violent windstorm on a beautiful unexplored planet.

The first to see the lost human colony of Terra Nova in over seventy-five years, Archer and the Enterprise crew discover the original colonists descendants have evolved into an underground race called Novans.

The Andorian Incident,

Archer, Trip and T'Pol make first contact with the suspicious and militaristic Andorians while helping to reveal the secrets within the ancient Vulcan monastery of P'Jem, uncovering a major violation of the Andorian/Vulcan Peace Treaty

Breaking The Ice,

Archer attempts a little diplomacy with a very unwelcoming Vulcan Captain. Reed and Mayweather are in danger while drilling for samples on an uncharted massive comet.

Discovering their first alien civilization, Archer and the crew unfortunately also find a ship of invasive alien miners who are carelessly causing thousands of innocent deaths upon the planet.

In attempting to aid the damaged Earth freighter Fortunate, the Enterprise finds itself caught in the middle of a cold-blooded revenge plot. Mayweather uses his past to ultimately resolve the heated conflict

While the Enterprise witnesses a religious stellar occurrence, Archer finds himself again faced against the Suliban warrior Silik, while allied with a Temporal soldier from the future sent to prevent Silik from changing the course of history.

Faced with defending themselves against a powerful, unidentified alien vessel, Trip and Reed frantically work to install the massive phase cannons into the Enterprise before the vessel returns.

After discovering that an alien race is slowly becoming extinct due to a genetic disease, Archer and Dr. Phlox struggle with the decision of whether to interfere by saving the species or to let nature make its own choices.

While investigating a strange Klingon vessel, T'Pol, Reed and Hoshi become stranded when a Klingon female escapes the disabled ship in their shuttlepod.

Shadows of P'Jem,

T'Pol is blamed for the Andorian destruction of the sanctuary of P'Jem, and is therefore removed of her position onboard the Enterprise.

Shuttlepod One,

After returning to where they left the Enterprise and finding only the scattered remains of their ship, Trip and Reed struggle to survive and hope for rescue with only a few days worth of oxygen left inside Shuttlepod One.

Encountering a group of Vulcan pilgrims on a mission to explore their emotions, T'Pol is enticed to attempt some of their technique with a handsome and charming pilgrim, Tolaris.

Archer and his crew encounter a group of alien hunters upon a rogue planet that has broken out of its orbit.

The entire Enterprise crew is knocked unconscious by a plundering Ferengi crew through a Trojan horse gas canister, leaving the ship to be easily ransacked.

Exploring a crashed ship on a desolate planet, Trip finds the stranded crew still alive despite the seemingly insurmountable odds, but something about them isn't quite right.

Wrongfully imprisoned for ignorantly trespassing, Archer and Mayweather are taken prisoner by the Tandarans and find themselves in a Suliban internment camp.

From a visiting alien ship, a fibrous, web-like creature secures itself inside an Enterprise launch bay and ensnares several crewmen. Hoshi must work to learn the creature's bizarre language in order to save the trapped crewmen.

Archer must delay the crew's much-needed shore leave to transport a Vulcan Ambassador from her planet of Mazar to rendezvous with a Vulcan ship.

Desert Crossing,

Archer and Trip aid a disabled vessel and, in gratitude for their assistance, the vessel's captain invites the two officers to dinner in his desert-landscape village on his nearby home planet.

Two Days and Two Nights,

Finally arriving at the paradise of planet Risa, the Enterprise crew is able to enjoy two days and nights of much needed shore leave.

Shockwave, Part I,

The temporal cold war heats us as Captain Archer is taken to the 31st century by the Sulibans.
