After Dr. Brown's declaration of love for Nina, she must choose between the two men she loves. At Delia's behest, Ephram makes a return to Everwood just in time for an unexpected wedding.

Bright invites Ephram to move in with him and Reid. Meanwhile, Hannah worries about the long-term possibilities for her relationship with Bright.

Put on a Happy Face,

Amy learns that Ephram is going to be a regular fixture in her life now that he has moved in with Bright and Reid. Meanwhile, Dr. Brown, Nina and Jake attempt to move on with life.

Ephram begins giving piano lessons to a teen piano prodigy, but the music awakens difficult memories. Meanwhile, Dr. Brown advises a brain tumor patient and his wife.

Ephram reveals the true reason he returned to Everwood. Bright contemplates a sex-free relationship with Hannah after she tells him that she doesn't believe in premarital sex.

In hopes of mending Dr. Brown and Jake's friendship, Nina suggests the two men go to counseling together. Meanwhile, Dr. Brown tells Ephram that Amy may be seeing someone new.

Hannah's mother makes an unexpected visit to Everwood to tell Hannah that her father has passed away. Ephram is forced to watch Amy's relationship with Reid grow more serious.

So Long, Farewell…,

Bright and Amy take Hannah's pending departure harder than they expected. Jake sets out on a high-risk bike trip that takes a near fatal turn.

Getting to Know You,

Ephram discovers that he has unwittingly become a "girlfriend" to Amy, but the friendship takes a turn for something more. Meanwhile, Nina grows suspicious of Jake's recent strange behavior.

Now that a week has passed since they made love, Ephram and Amy must figure out what this development means for their future. Nina and Jake face the biggest obstacle yet in their relationship.

Lost and Found,

Amy's new college professor and mentor encourages her to get involved with Planned Parenthood. Dr. Abbott and Rose consider adopting a child from Africa.

You're a Good Man, Andy Brown,

Although Jake is back from rehab and going to 12-step meetings every night, Nina realizes she has no idea how to deal with his recovery. Dr. Brown cancels a date to give Nina support.

An Ounce of Prevention,

Ephram convinces Kyle to accept the invitation of a pretty classmate to go to a school dance. Meanwhile, an 18-year-old girl asks Dr. Brown to perform a preventative mastectomy.

Across the Lines,

After Dr. Brown and Jake save an intoxicated driver's life, they disagree over whether to report him to the police. Meanwhile, Ephram convinces Reid to talk to a counselor.

The Land of Confusion,

Dr. Brown counsels Ephram not to choose a school just to be near Amy. With things starting to feel back on track, Nina tells Dr. Brown that she plans to propose to Jake.

Upon learning that Bright cheated on Hannah, Ephram is outraged. Meanwhile, Dr. Abbott asks Dr. Brown to protect his lie regarding Rose's cancer.

All the Lonely People,

When Reid survives a suicide attempt, Ephram can't forgive himself for missing the signs of depression. Meanwhile, Dr. Brown and Nina find themselves in a compromising situation.

Enjoy the Ride,

Just out of the hospital and wanting to start his life over, Reid asks Amy out on a date. Amy convinces a very reluctant Hannah to go on a double date with them and Amy's friend Nick.

Dr. Brown, Ephram and Delia are all shocked by a visit from Dr. Brown's estranged father. Meanwhile, Ephram and Amy take Bright out to celebrate his 21st birthday.

The whole town gathers at the funeral of one of Everwood's most beloved citizens. Afterwards, Amy begins to rethink her relationship with Ephram.

Foreverwood, part 1,

In the two-part series finale, Nina prepares to leave Everwood with Jake, but not before telling Hannah that she knows Dr. Brown bought her an engagement ring. Amy still has feelings for Ephram.
