Bear shows the young survivors how to heat up food with the liquids they have on hand.

The kids attempt to climb the famous mountain Tryfan in appalling weather.

The group faces a scary rappel down a 110-foot cliff before gutting and skinning a rabbit for supper.

The kids go on the biggest adventure of their lives, where the young survivors have a day out at the seaside, but it's no holiday.

Bear demonstrates the tricky technique of commando crawling along a rope.

The team takes on a treacherous challenge battling rapids before spending the night in a cave.

It is the last day of competition between the girls and boys. Meanwhile, on the survival menu today: raw locusts.

The final exercise is to reach the summit of Moel Siabod and spend the night out alone.

The kids have been airlifted by helicopter into the Welsh mountains; after a night out alone, they are hungry and exhausted, but the only food on the menu is wild squirrels.
