Itumeleng and Karel discover an unwelcome blast from the past is closer than expected. Modise's opposition plays dirty. Tristan urges Angie to talk to Rossouw. Maxine settles into her new surroundings, while Lelo lacks the support she hoped for.

Amita arrives at Dinaledi as Maxine‚Äôs plans fall into place. Lelo‚Äôs health worsens under pressure to follow customs. Angie tries to connect with Rossouw.

Maxine and Itumeleng meet face to face. Rossouw and Angie make progress in their relationship. Mama Rose and Modise confront Lelo about her cleansing ritual.

Lelo returns to mourning Tiro. Ashwin and Amita meet as Maxine visits Lelo, shocking Itumeleng. Will Angie and Rossouw connect?

Itumeleng‚Äôs dealings create a rift with Marang, while Maxine wins her favor. Sarah learns of Rossouw's infidelity, and Mama Rose's words resonate with Lelo.

Bernie and Itumeleng deny their feelings for each other. Lindsay struggles with PTSD and finds an unlikely friend. Modise becomes more involved in Isaac and Mama Rose's feud.
