Eye of the Storm,

Will and Erica are stood up on the morning they are meant to sign their partnership agreement. Andrew returns to Cardale, but have his shoes been filled by Will's friend David?

Will and Kate face heartbreak when it appears there's a lot more to baby Emily's cough then meets the eye.

Innocent Blood,

David finds it hard to diagnose a boy's illness as he is so close to his parents, but the arrival of his family looks certain to brighten things up. Andrew gets a proposition from a new receptionist.

It's a sad day in Cardale as Will and Kate wave farewell, however, Kate has a surprise for Will that ensures they will leave on a happy note. Meanwhile, relations are frosty between Andrew and Joanne.

Erica's birthday celebrations don't go to plan when Andrew is involved in a horrific accident. Stranded with internal injuries, can Andrew survive?

David falls out with Andrew and Erica when they decide the practice will not be funding any more IVF treatment for one of his patients. Meanwhile, Erica is spooked by Alice's tales of a ghost.

There is friction when Andrew and Erica feel David is taking too much time with individual patients. Meanwhile, Andrew and Erica disagree over the cause of a young boy's illness.

Running to Hide,

David does a favour for a friend that puts Kim's son in danger. Andrew soon regrets accusing David of being unprofessional when David reveals that Andrew is sleeping with their financial advisor.

Andrew's best mate from Liverpool arrives in Cardale with some devastating news: he is dying. Andrew spends some quality time with him and faces up to a few of his own demons.

Claire's behaviour worsens and she places herself and the children in danger. Andrew helps David to face the fact that Claire is seriously ill and suffering from manic depression.

When Erica is offered a new job, will the tension with Andrew force her to accept it and leave Cardale? Meanwhile, Andrew helps David cope with Claire's illness.

A Change of Heart,

War breaks out at the practice when Kim, Laura, and Joanne are furious over their new job proposals. Meanwhile, Andrew gets a shock when Kirsty turns up in Cardale. Claire reaches a breaking point.

Fight or Flight,

When Emma and Tom go missing, David and Claire are forced to face up to the reality of Claire's illness. Meanwhile, a fire at Erica's house brings her and Andrew to a decision over their relationship.
