Paranoia reaches breaking point for Joanna and Statham and they're forced to take action. Mac, Guy and Martin make Caroline an offer she can't refuse, only she does. Or does she?

Could a trip to the seaside in a stolen ambulance have led to this? Caroline must face dire consequences, while Joanna must face the fact that she accidentally slept with her son.

Guy has to live without a driving license and Statham has to live without sex. Will either of them survive?

A documentary crew is in the hospital, so everyone just has to act normally. There's a first time for everything. Sue makes life hell for Joanna and Guy, while Martin tries being a sperm donor.

Attractive single white Guy seeks accommodation, and a new member of the staff upsets the apple cart (or whatever they use to transport patients these days).

Dr. Statham enters politics. At least the manifesto will be grammatically correct. Caroline's choice of lodger might have been a mistake, but has to live with it.

Martin hires a private detective and Caroline has a hot date. Guy is green with envy, while Joanna's cousin is green with makeup. One leads to bloodshed, the other to death.

Caroline has to be cruel to be kind and Joanna and Statham struggle to conceal the incident with the stuffed heron. Sue turns private dick and Martin comes into money.

Caroline is engaged to Guy; Mac has very little time to live. The staff of the hospital has to suffer the emotional highs and lows of a wedding and a funeral.
