16 Chefs Compete,

Sixteen professional chefs compete for an executive chef position at the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa in Atlantic City. The contestants must wow Chef Ramsay with their signature dishes.

15 Chefs Compete,

Following the previous night's dinner service disaster, Chef Ramsay presents the aspiring chefs with the food that they wasted.

14 Chefs Compete,

The fourteen remaining chefs visit a meat locker to learn about various cuts of beef, then put their knowledge into practice when Hell's Kitchen becomes a steak house for the night.

13 Chefs Compete,

The thirteen remaining chefs must serve breakfast to fifty young football players and cheerleaders. However, one team runs out of eggs.

12 Chefs Compete,

The twelve remaining candidates shop at an Asian market and prepare fusion dishes for Chef Ramsay and food writer Tanya Steel.

11 Chefs Compete,

The eleven remaining chefs cook for a bar mitzvah, preparing gourmet variations on the guest of honor's three favorite dishes.

10 Chefs Compete,

The ten remaining chefs must make tapas from leftovers. At the dinner service, one chef's mistake nearly derails both teams.

9 Chefs Compete,

7 Chefs Compete,

The remaining chefs must prepare a dish made with king crab, with each team presenting its strongest plate to Chef Ramsay. During dinner service, the teams devise their own menus.

6 Chefs Compete,

Chef Ramsay dissolves the teams. Now the six remaining chefs are on their own as they each prepare a dish using fourteen simple ingredients.

5 Chefs Compete,

After a trip to Atlantic City's Borgata, where the winner will soon be a top chef, the contestants must prepare a signature dish that they would serve at the esteemed hotel.

4 Chefs Compete,

Chef Ramsay cooks for the remaining four chefs, then tells them to replicate what he had prepared. Later, there's a surprise proposal planned for the dessert course.

3 Chefs Compete,

The final three contestants must prepare a meal for 100 of L.A.'s finest chefs. The winner gets a TV talk show appearance, while the losers must wash and iron the linens.

2 Chefs Compete (Part One),

The two finalists must work with an architect to design restaurant spaces for their final dinner service competition.

2 Chefs Compete (Part Two),

The final two contestants square off in their last dinner service competition. The winner gets the head chef job at the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa in Atlantic City.
