Trouble in Paradise,

With the launch night of the newly redecorated Jockey looming, Jamie and Karen are feeling the pressure in their relationship. Tempers are frayed and the honeymoon period is well and truly over.

Frank is shocked to discover that he's been a victim of identity fraud. As a result, his record has been wiped clean and he's eligible for jury service.

Feeling neglected when her sexual advances are rejected by Frank, Monica is determined to get her groove back. Can a hypnotist night at The Jockey be the answer to Monica's problems?

Miscarriage of Marriage,

Karen and Jamie's relationship is rocked when Karen suffers a miscarriage. Both unaware of the pregnancy, the two try to come to terms with what's happened.

Breaking Point,

Disorientated and chained to a bed in a strange room, Paddy wakes to discover that he can't remember where he is or how he got there. Maureen enters the picture and things become a little clearer.

Always Leave Them Wanting More,

Ian returns from his travels, unaware that the car he's driving harbors secret cargo. Ian makes an even more shocking discovery when returning home to find that history has repeated itself.

Paddy is back and harboring a dark secret. Desperate to conceal the truth of his whereabouts, Paddy spins Mimi a lie but has vengeance on his mind.

The Darkest Hour,

Following Shane's accident, no one is sure if he will ever be the same after he is left partially paralyzed. Battle lines are drawn between Mimi and Kelly as they go to war over who will help him.

The Gallaghers receive a letter from Liam's school summoning both his parents to the headteacher. With Monica gone, the family is forced to appear conventional.

When Jamie finds out Joe has been battering Mandy, he puts Joe in the hospital. With Jamie's previous murder conviction, the Maguires refuse to let him go back behind bars indefinitely.

Ian becomes angry with Liam when he discovers that he's been skipping school. He soon finds out that Danny is responsible for Liam's absence and suspects that there's more to this than meets the eye.

What About Me?,

The Gallagher unit is rocked when an unexpected visit from the social services catches them off guard. With Monica gone, Debbie worries how this could affect Liam and Stella.

Haunted by the Past,

Yvonne gets a shock when she's confronted by a ghost from her past and the consequences aren't worth thinking about. Desperate to keep the truth from Chesney and Meena, Yvonne has to think fast.

After managing to upset everyone, Frank gets cast out for the night by Debbie. He seeks shelter in a confessional booth where he overhears a neighbor's shocking confession.

Angry to have lost his child benefit to Yvonne, Frank makes her pay him to babysit while farming the kids out to a woman in the pub at a lower rate.
