In the wake of Sassy's dramatic departure, Ceaser is left to wonder if the joke, and Dutchess' attitude, have gone too far. Alex uncovers some scandalous information about Dutchess online…information that could ruin her reputation. Presented by VH1.

With the Black Ink staff dwindling, Ceaser meets with a potential new (female) employee, who is quickly shot down by Dutchess. Puma checks in with Alex and gives her some news that could lead to civil war within the Black Ink Crew. Presented by VH1.

When Dutchess and Ceaser are hours late for a photo shoot at the shop, the editor of the magazine rips them a new one. When Ceaser confronts Walt about his drinking, Walt reveals some shocking news that will change his future. Presented by VH1.

O'S**t reaches new "baby mama" heights when he reveals that he has yet another child on the way. Dutchess shows up at a meeting and sees an ex-boyfriend. When Ceaser finds out, he loses his cool and deserts her at his family BBQ. Presented by VH1.

In the wake of Dutchess and Ceaser's fight, Ceaser is left confused about their future together and escapes to Puma's bachelor party in Atlantic City. Kathy comes for a tattoo from O'S**t, to get some closure and move on with her life. Presented by VH1.

Puma decides to invite Ceaser to his wedding on the condition that he leaves Dutchess at home. Walt's frustrating search comes to an end when a letter arrives at the shop with information about his father. Presented by VH1.

Ceaser faces Dutchess for the first time since she kicked him out of the apartment. Dutchess decides to see a plastic surgeon about breast implants. O'S**t decides it's time to get all three of his baby mamas together for a dinner. Presented by VH1.

O'S**t's past has come back to haunt him when a mystery woman turns up at the shop. While Dutch reconnects with everyone but Ceaser. During the party, Cease and Puma have an idea that has the potential to change Black Ink's future. Presented by VH1.
