The Big Tujunga Dam towers hundreds of feet high. The contestant's head and shoulders will be covered in bees by a beekeeper. The contestants will lie in a small Plexiglas coffin with holes drilled in the bottom and sides.

A cargo net is draped off the back of a stage coach. Contestants take turns playing street hockey goalie as a hockey puck machine shoots pucks at them. Three wet pipes are suspended by cranes 90 feet up in the air.

Contestant must exit from a speed boat by grabbing onto ladder that is hanging out of a helicopter. The contestant has to transfer mealworms from a Plexiglas container to a scale. Contestants will launch themselves in a car off a 3 foot high ramp.

A Burning Building, Scorpian Pit, Rotating Climbing Wall,

Contestants climb four stories using a hook-and-ladder while carrying 70 pounds of gear. They lie in a pit for two minutes as scorpions drop onto them. Contestants also find themselves on a platform suspended from a crane 100 feet in the air.

Contestants fall out of a speeding helicopter. Contestant must consume 10 live slugs and a shot of cow bile. Each contestant must cross between two buildings by placing three planks in front of them on top of two tight ropes as they walk.

Contestants must stand on top of a large cylinder. Contestants round up dead feeder rats using only their mouths and throw them into a bucket. Contestant will be strapped into a modified car.

Contestant will be placed on a 20 foot rope ladder. Contestants play a game to determine quantity of food they will have to eat. Contestant must walk across a 12 inch wide and 60 foot long beam suspended 100 feet in the air.

In this stunt, the contestant stands on a 30-foot-high truss and moves electric eels from one side of the tank to the other. Next, the contestant sits on a barrel that hangs from 20-foot cables beneath a helicopter.

Contestants will be placed in a plexiglass cabinet. One person retrieves roaches using only their mouth and transfers it to their partner's mouth, who in turn drops it into another bin. In this stunt, it will be a husband and wife team.

Contestants stand in front of a long table with 13 holes. Contestant enters a cylindrical glass tank filled with water and then dead frozen mice are dumped in. The contestant will be standing on a large plexiglass platform in the air.
