In this head to head couples stunt the male contestants will be hung by their ankles under individual helicopters. Each team will be in their own massive trough filled with fish guts, squid, and fish scales.

Underwater Limo Escape, Gross Blow Tube, Car Building Couples Rescue,

A contestant will be seated in the driver's seat of a limousine, and the second contestant will be in the trunk. The contestant will be tied to their seat and to the steering wheel of an automobile.

Heli Platform Escape,Roadkill Caf,

Contestant will be laying on their back on a plexi-glass platform that is hung from a helicopter. Contestants will determine how much of the animals they will have to eat. Contestant will have to cross beams placing flags along the way.

Underwater Safe Save,Tongue Bob and Transfer,Truck Car Ramp,

Contestant will be locked in a plexi-glass box that will be hung from a crane, lowered into the water. A contestant bobs into a tank of fluid. One will be driving the main car and the other will be driving the ramp car along a flatbed semi truck.

Bike Plank Between Box Trailers, Tomato Horn Worm Juice, Teeter Totter,

Contestants sit on a bicycle atop one of two semi-trucks. Contestants have to pick up hornworms and squeeze the juice out into a glass. The contestant must walk on the beam from one building to another.

Jet Ski To Float Plane,Eel Helmet,Donkey Kong,

Contestants ride on the back of a jet ski while wearing a Plexiglas helmet filled with moray eels. They must navigate a continuously moving platform, retrieve a flag, and return to it.

Dual Heli Disc, Spider Head, Sinking Counter Balance,

Contestants face their fears as they're strapped face-to-face to a pole on a Plexiglas platform. Next, they dive into a helmet filled with spiders to test their courage. Finally, couples are bound to a platform by their ankles, which activates a lever!

Water Paddle,Fear Factor Bar,Heli Surfing,

Contestant will be strapped by their waist, ankles, and wrist and locked to the face of a wheel, halfway into the water. Contestants will shoot at wall of bottles with a paintball gun. Contestant must stand on a swaying platform hanging from a helicopter.

Tesla Coil Beam, Witches Brew, Bug Tumbler,

Contestants walk across a truss suspended above the ground while wearing chainmail suits. They shoot flaming arrows from crossbows at scarecrow targets. Contestants are secured in upright coffins filled with bugs.

Tram Cargo Net Climb,Rat Stew, Dual Suspended Heli Wall,

Contestants will climb out of the moving tram and grab a net attached to the tram. Contestants will drink a shake consisting of rats. A plexi-glass wall with a lip hangs under the helicopter and they must traverse the wall releasing flags along the way.

Seperating Platform Transfer,Underwater Cage Escape,Siphon Dump Transfer,Jet Ski Launch,

Contestants will be standing on opposite platforms suspended in the air. Contestants will be locked in a cage and hung from a crane. Contestant will have to siphon fluid out of containers and into a funnel. A contestant will cross a beam above ground.

Rolling Flag Snag,Sand Crab Panning,Suspended Car Rotisserie,

Poles will be attached and hung off the dump truck off the ground. Plexiglas box is buried in the sand and filled with water and sand. Contestants will be standing on a car that is suspended over the water by a crane.

Submerged Tubes,Blind Leech Wall,Suspended Log Roll,

Contestants will be standing on top of a platform that covers a water tank. A blindfolded contestant is guided by their partner's verbal commands to a tank filled with leeches. Contestants will be standing a tube that is suspended in the air from a crane.

Extreme Helicopter Rings, Bug Ropes, Inverted Vacuum,

Contestant will be standing on the platform that is suspended. Contestants will lick bugs off of ropes. A glass tube is suspended vertically from a crane with the top sealed and the bottom open and submerges in a pool.

Dingy Net Grab,Walk The Plank,Turkey Feast,Under Boat Flag Grab,

Contestant will be in a dingy that is being towed by a net attached to the back end of the schooner. Contestants will be standing on a plank above the water. Contestants have Thanksgiving dinner. Contestant will start on a platform above the water.

Sinking Room Escape,Santa's Worst Nightmare,Pipe Ramp Roof Slide,

Contestants will be bound to a chair, that will be suspend over the water. Dressed in a dog bite protection suit, contestants must climb out of a specially designed chimney and into an enclosed room. Contestant must drive their car towards a pipe ramp.

Tarzan Semi To Semi,Fear Factor Donut Shop,Falling Beam Maze,

Contestants are standing on top of one of two semi trucks traveling. Contestants will play a game to determine how many disgusting donuts they will have to eat. Contestants will be standing on a truss structure that is above the water.

Double Eat & Yank,Gross Catapult,

In this couples stunt the contestants will be standing at a podium on the roof of a 5 story building. The first contestant loads a piece of cow stomach onto a catapult, which will launch the stomach down range to their partner

Blind Driving Race To Truck,Double Tunnel Flush,

In this head to head couples stunt, each team is seated in the front of their own car. Male contestants head is placed through a hole cut into the bottom of a slightly angled plexi-sewer pipe, his arms are shackled around the outside of the pipe.

Weighted Ski Boot Rescue, Block Head,

In this stunt, one contestant sits on a platform above the water while wearing weighted boots. Contestants lie face down on the floor, and their heads go into separate medieval-looking helmets filled with snakes and rats.

Fear Factor Triathlon,Electric Maze,

Contestants will each be standing on the back of a flatbed truck driving down the edge of a pier. Contestant must guide their blindfolded partner through a maze of electrical tripwires.

Train Lean and Grab,Gross Gorge,

In this couples stunt, each contestant will be standing on a beam that is suspended in the air off the sides of a train box car. In a banquet room, couples will feed each other as much disgusting food as they can.

Boat Helicopter Truck Car Jump,Bullfrog Coffin,

Both contestants in the finals will be riding on the back of an Ultraboat as a helicopter settles in overhead. Male contestant is placed in a bamboo cage filled with large bullfrogs, which is then lowered into a pit.

Helicopter Rope Transfer,Tumbler Cage,Gross Obstacle Course,Up & Over Car Ramp,

A rope will be suspended between two helicopters. Contestants will be standing in a tall cage. Contestants must discover a key to a ‘box of worms', which will be transferred onto a scale.

Submerged Car Rotisserie, Fear Factor Sushi Bar, Wall Sweeper,

Contestant is locked at the waist to the driver's seat and at the wrist to the steering wheel. Contestants determine the quantity and variety of Fear Factor Sushi they must eat. A six-inch-wide beam will be sticking out perpendicular to a rooftop.

Helicopter Dual Drop, Yo Yo Tank, Cattle Trench, Semi to Tanker Truck,

Contestants will be seated in a helicopter and hanging directly under the skids. One of the partners will be dangling by their ankles.

Houdinni Hang w/ Car Slide & Pyro, Fear Factor Cocktail Bar, Rope Traverse and Toss,

One teammate will start hanging upside down from a crane, bound by their wrists and ankles, in the air. Contestants with the highest card will determine who gets what cocktail. Couples will be strung parallel to each other from windows.

Dual Blade Wall & Heli Rope Climb,Fear Factor Wedding Toast,Couples Car Into Lagoon,

Contestants will be standing on the bottom ledge of plexiglass wall that is suspended over the water from a crane. Newlywed couples will have to tear apart a Fear Factor wedding cake filled with insects.

Water Beam, Triple Dump Tunnel, Heli Cargo Net Box,

Contestants will be standing on a beam above the water and must navigate around the structure. A contestant will climb through a plexiglass tunnel. A struss structure will be wrapped by cargo netting and hung beneath a 212 helicopter.

Shower Beam, Sausage Fest, Dual Pipe Ramp,

A beam hangs above another beam. Contestants will devour the covered trays that conceal six different types of Fear Factor Sausage. Both team members sit in separate stunt cars on opposite ends of a track.

Heli Repel,Meat Locker,Mud Trough,

Contestants will be standing on opposite skids of the same helicopter. Contestants are hogtied with duct tape on the floor of a meat locker. Contestants will be lying on their backs in a 72-foot-long trough on the roof of a building.
