It’s the Southern regional final, and the four bakeries that won this week’s heats are back to do battle once more. They’re summoned by the Judges, Mich Turner MBE and Peter Sidwell, and must bake side by side in the same kitchen for the first time.

In today’s episode, the three competing independent bakeries are all from the flatlands of East Anglia. Expert Judges, cake maker to the stars Mich Turner MBE and authority on all things bread-based.

In today's episode, judges Mitch Turner and Peter Sidwell head to the West Midlands in their continued search for Britain’s best bakery. Visiting Litchfield, Lemington Spa and Ludlow they get to sample the very best independent bakeries from this region.

The competition to find the best independent bakeries continues with judges Mich Turner MBE and Peter Sidwell heading to the East Midlands and Staffordshire.

Wales is the setting today as the search continues to find Britain’s Best Bakery. Expert judges Mich Turner MBE, whose cakes are famous worldwide and leading bread baker.

It’s the Central regional final, and the four bakeries that triumphed in this week’s heats return to fight for a place in national finals week. All must produce their take on the Afternoon Tea, and make a St. Clements Roulade cake.

The hunt for Britain’s best bakery heads North as Judges Mich Turner MBE and Peter Sidwell sample the regional delights of the North West. As ever, three local bakeries are pitted against each other to create a perfect Lancashire courting cake.

It's the first day of the final week and the six remaining bakeries are back to battle it out for the title of Britain's Best Bakery.

It’s the final week of Britain’s best bakery. Only 4 contenders remain in the competition as they battle it out at Newmarket races to supply high quality bakes to the ravenous racing spectators.

Judges Peter and Mich have chosen their top 3 bakeries. Today the 3 finalists will compete in bread special.

Judges Peter and Mich send the 3 finalists back to their bakeries. The bakeries return home as local heroes but there’s work to be done.

It’s the Grand Final. Today one bakery will lift the ultimate baking trophy by designing and baking the ultimate cake.
