This journey begins in the Celtic Threave Castle, where we cross the Roman Hadrian’s Wall, the ancient border between England and Scotland, headed to the northern city of Carlisle. From here, we make our way along the wall to Housteads Roman Fort.

England - Avonmouth to Clovelly,

This journey begins in the port of Avonmouth on the Bristol Channel, before following the river to the historic city of Bristol. A few miles to the south we reach the estate of Tyntesfield. From there we tour the Iron Age hill fort of Cadbury Camp.

England - Southend-on-Sea to Reedham Ferry,

This journey begins in Southend-on-Sea, an iconic British resort town, before following the east coast, a landscape with its own unique heritage and traditions. This takes us to Maldon, famous for its red-sailed barges that once carried goods into London.

France - Biarritz to Fort de Salses,

This journey begins in the seaside town of Biarritz, a meeting place for European aristocracy and modern celebrities. Heading into the mountains, we follow in the footsteps of pilgrims to reach the city of Lourdes, one of Catholicism's holiest places.

Iceland - Reykjavik to the Bjartangar Lighthouse,

This journey begins in the outskirts of Reykjavik, the capital city of Iceland. Once a Viking settlement, it now stands as a symbol of Iceland’s prosperity. We visit Whale Fjord and its abandoned whaling station.

Italy - Assisi to Florence,

We begin in the ancient town of Assisi before crossing into the vineyards of Tuscany to the gothic city of medieval Siena. From here we move to the small hilltop town of San Gimignano before passing through the breathtaking Tuscan landscape to reach Lucca.

This journey begins in the Celtic Threave Castle, where we cross the Roman Hadrian’s Wall, the ancient border between England and Scotland, headed to the northern city of Carlisle. From here, we make our way along the wall to Housteads Roman Fort.

Germany - Thuringian Forest to Magdeburg,

This journey begins in the dense Thuringian Forest, just west of Germany’s border with the Czech Republic. We then pass over the old Cold War border between the communist East Germany and capitalist West Germany with its imposing watchtowers.

Republic of Ireland - Donegal to Grianan of Aisleach,

This journey begins in the northwestern town of Donegal, before we head along the wild Atlantic way to the fishing village of Killybegs. Next, view the spectacular cliffs of the Slieve League as we pass along the rugged coast up to Malin Head.

Italy - Urbino to Trani,

This journey begins in the walled city of Urbino, a legacy of Renaissance culture, before making our way south along the coast to bustling town of Pescara. From here we return inland, continuing past mountains and dense forests towards the town of Lucera.

Spain - Cudillero to Monterrei Castle,

This journey starts in the picturesque seaside town of Cudillero on Spain’s northwestern coast, before heading along the coast to the Beach of Cathedrals. We continue to the Tower of Hercules, an ancient Roman lighthouse located on a headland.

Switzerland - Lake Neuchatel to the Eiger,

We begin on the clear Lake Neuchatel before we travel across the vineyards of Lake Geneva to the famous French holiday resort of Evian-les-Bains. We then cross the lake to view the grandeur of Geneva, with the highest fountain in the whole of Europe.

USA - Montana: Glacier National Park to the Chinese Wall,

This journey begins at the breathtaking Lake McDonald, nestled within the forest of Montana’s Glacier National Park. We then travel south down the Going to the Sun Road, past the Flathead River, to the imposing Chief Mountain.

USA - Tennessee: Memphis to Nashville,

This journey starts in Memphis, Tennessee, where we follow American military jets before traveling to Shiloh, a commemorative site of a gruesome battle of the American Civil War. There stands a towering memorial to fallen soldiers.

USA - Rhode Island: Block Island to Nayatt Point Lighthouse,

This journey begins on the southern shore of Block Island at the clay cliffs of the Mohegan bluffs. As we head to the mainland, we pass over the twin point lighthouse and twin fishing villages of Galilee and Jerusalem.
