Michael tries to work on writing a hit song but it ends up being more difficult than he thought; Paul has a dental emergency; the family's van dies.

Dee Dee's Diet,

Dee Dee hires a nutritionist to help her lose weight before her upcoming wedding but Mema doesn't approve of this "expert's" ideas about food; Michael records his single; Mema bonds with Brandi and Ray J's "momager" Sonja Norwood.

Single Male Hillbilly,

Michael tries Internet dating but his family tags along to give their approval; Mema and Dee Dee search for a wedding dress that fits their budget; Johnny builds a hillbilly hideout to escape the family; a trip to a water park.

Michael Makes a Music Video,

Michael makes his first music video with some help from some hip, young directors but Mema is suspicious of them; Dee Dee and Paul meet with a wedding planner; a hot-air balloon ride.

When the Mema's Away...,

Mema returns to Georgia for her 50th high school reunion; David Weintraub and Ray J plan a publicity stunt to make Michael's music video go viral; Mema returns to find a rude surprise.

Healing the Hillbillies,

David Weintraub is in trouble with Mema after his party leaves her house a mess; Dee Dee and Paul look for a minister for the wedding; Johnny and Michael build a chicken coop.
