Harrow, Hertfordshire,

This week they face the challenge of a double header that's all about postcodes – and pickiness. They're searching around Harrow and into Hertfordshire, for a young couple who are desperate for their first married home together.

Kirstie and Phil continue their search for perfect homes for yet more desperate house hunters. This time they're hitting the beaches and villages of rural Devon and the seaside town of Torquay, looking for two homes for two very different couples.

Searching right across the stunning North East of England, Phil and Kristie are on the hunt for two dream family homes this week.

North east London,

With two very different budgets and two very different couples, Phil and Kirstie find themselves searching across the north of our capital city for house hunters that present equally enormous challenges.

Southern Counties,

Searching right across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire presents a triple challenge for Phil and Kirstie, while their house hunters give them double trouble as they all hold out for the perfect place.

Nottinghamshire,

Kirstie and Phil head to Nottinghamshire to help two sets of house hunters, desperate to fly the nest and set up on their own.

South West London,

Kirstie and Phil take on their latest challenge in the shape of two pairs of buyers keen to set up home in London's leafy southwest, but with very different lifestyles in mind.

South East London,

From a design duo looking for their next project to a couple who are finally ready to put down roots and buy a home together this search takes Phil and Kirstie to South East London and on a journey like no other!

With both sets of house hunters determined to have it all, Kirstie and Phil are going to have to use all the tricks of the trade if they're going to help them move forward and hopefully into the house of their dreams!

South Liverpool,

Will Phil be the knight in shining armour to rescue these damsels in distress, and will Kirstie turn out to be Kate's property fairy godmother? Will they fail in their quest or find property success in Liverpool South?

Sheffield, Windsor,

Adrenaline junkies Deborah and Justin Beeley had more stuff than they could cope with while Matt Rushworth's entire life could be squeezed into his well travelled backpack. Could Phil and Kirstie find fitting homes for both of them?

Southbank, Cheltemham Revists,

Newly engaged couple Isobel Phillips and Chris Martin were desperate to find a dream first family home in the Cotswolds, while Claire Winshipp, our youngest ever house hunter, had our biggest ever budget to bag herself a riverside apartment.

Kent, Edinburgh Revisits,

From the Kent coast to Scotland's capital two couples had pounded the pavements on the hunt properties to please some very particular buyers. But did the places they picked match up to those high expectations?

North, Herefordshire Revisits,

Rik and Helen in Manchester and Alison and Phil in Herefordshire were in a race to find family homes and move in before the stork delivered some tiny feet. As well as being up against it time wise, Kirstie and Phil battled high expectations

Wiltshire, Windsor Revisits,

Paul and his American bride Alissa were after the sort of space you only really get Stateside, while Malcolm and Jenny wanted to be wrapped up tight in a warm embrace?. But did either couple get what they wanted in the end?

Central, South Manchester,

Kirstie and Phil in Manchester as they hunt out two very different first homes for two young buyers new to the market. Neither buyer will be living in their new home alone, and both of them are promising to share the decision-making fifty-fifty.
