Itchy and Killer are caught by a dog catcher who chains the two dogs to each other. They have to work as partners and in harmony with each other to get out of the situation. In the end Itchy and Killer find a new appreciation for each other.

Charlie has begun taking on the moniker of the 'Lyin' King' after being proud of how often he lies and gets away with it. This backfires on him, however, after he misuses a Miracle Dog Tag and lies to Anabelle after she confronts him about it.
