Pádraig Whooley and Lorraine Dufficey spent 265 thousand euros on their remote cottage at Rossmore in West Cork, they knew that - while the hilltop location was ideal - the house was far from it.

Dermot is in Laytown, co.Meath, with a budget of 60,000 euros, Dermot's worry "is even if you took away the shoddy workmanship you'd spend the 60k, this is a really difficult one..."

Dermot is in Dalkey, with a budget of 180,000 euros, he must come up with an innovative design to match their exacting requirements within the confines of an incredibly tight site.

Dermot is in Clontarf, with Denise and Ben who desperately want a second bathroom for their family home, but their budget is limited.
