First up is Mayfair, with a prime location on the busy seafront in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol. The restaurant was set up 28 years ago and has hardly changed since then. Gordon struggles with a venue and staff that plumb new depths of despair.

La Granda Divino,

In a series first, Gordon is tackling a brand new up-market start up restaurant, La Granada Divino, it’s only been open for 8 weeks but is already heading for disaster.

Gordon visits Quelcutti’s, a family-run restaurant and bar on the Costa Blanca, that is currently losing 3,000 euros a week. It seems they won’t make it through the summer, the parents will lose their retirement fund and all 3 children will be unemployed
