Episode 1

Now narrowed down to twelve prisoners, Gordon must try to get the pilot prison food program off the ground with members who in thirty seconds could destroy half the team.

Episode 2

After two months of success, Gordon now wants to expand the prisoner's food selections and go commercial. Meanwhile the team has dwindled down yet again.

Episode 3

The six months are up, the team is now even smaller, and everything is now on the line. Can it all be a success? Can lives be turned around? Will the program be allowed to continued?

There are 88,000 prisoners in the UK and it costs £38,000 to keep each of them locked up for a year. Gordon's given himself six months to set up a successful food business from Brixton Prison, to get prisoners cooking food to sell on the outside.
