It's hard to imagine another cuisine that has had as much of an impact on modern dishes as Italian cuisine. Today we are traveling to Chicago, a hub for Italian and Italian American cuisine.

Miami: Cuban food.,

Miami is not just close to Cuba in proximity but the real Cuban food here is plentiful.

Boston: Irish food.,

As many as 4.5 million Irish arrived in America between 1820 and 1930. They left their mark on the founding formation of America and we find out more about their history as we eat their food.

New York: Melting pot of food.,

The Statue of Liberty has welcomed millions of immigrants from all over the world to New York. We visit the Big Apple’s vibrant neighborhoods to sample a variety of foods.

Los Angeles: Healthy food.,

For many years now, Los Angeles has had a boom in healthy food. Today, we’re taking a closer look at this healthy culture and seeing what Hollywood life tastes like.

San Francisco: Vietnamese food.,

San Francisco, California is home to a big Vietnamese community. Today we meet several Vietnamese immigrants, learn about their journey to America and taste their amazing authentic Vietnamese food.

St Louis – Bosnian Food,

Over 70,000 Bosnian people migrated to St. Louis during the Bosnian war. They have brought their customs and food, which is hearty and delicious.

The cultural tapestry of the United States has been formed by the multiple populations, and food is no different. Today, we explore the American food scene in Nashville, Tennessee.

New Orleans – Soul Food,

New Orleans is one of the most distinct American cities. Today, we track the history of Southern African Americans around their fix-ins in gorgeous New Orleans.

Atlanta – Food Trucks,

This moving trend is sweeping states and is taking the food to the people. We get on the bandwagon and taste the food.

Seattle – Seafood,

Beneath the waters of the northwest is some of the best seafood in the country. We meet the original custodians of the areas and we taste the food that helped them thrive in this region.
