Kagura Genki, a member of the HEART unit, barely survives a meteorite impact. A strange noise echoes from a mining site, and he moves to investigate. He finds a rock at the site, but before his very eyes, it begins to move about!

When dark matter drifting through space envelops Earth, the planet is plunged into the Unbalance Zone and turns into a world where anything imaginable can happen.
