A mysterious light that came without warning destroys a town in an instant and infects Giant Bird Lidorias, driving it wild. Musashi, a pilot cadet at the Space Development Center, heads to the city to capture Lidorias. There he meets Ultraman Cosmos.

Musashi and the others head out to capture a monster, but they're interrupted by Chief Nagare of the Monster Killing Weapon Development Team, “Garus.” As Nagare preaches the expulsion of monsters, Musashi vehemently protests.

Chaos-Header, the being that has been driving monsters wild, focuses on Musashi at last. Musashi manages to avoid danger thanks to Cosmos' power, but Chaos-Header mutates into Chaos-Ultraman!

After defeating Cosmos with its overwhelming power, Chaos-Ultraman plots to Chaos-Infect all the monsters in the sanctuary. Can the EYES members rescue the captured Musashi and protect the monsters?

The Green Fugitive,

Fubuki heads to investigate a mysterious flying object when he is reunited with the occult-loving girl, Kasumi. She claims she saw mysterious individuals fighting in the woods.

Due to an approaching comet, a message from the distant satellite Putiwar reaches the young boy Shunji. The alien boy Sol asks for help to stop Monster Delgoran, which has been driven wild by Chaos-Header. True friendship transcends space!

Puppet Monster,

Someone is conducting modification surgery on monsters, which die after their bodies refuse it. Led my a mysterious shadow man, Musashi finds himself in a twilight town that seems both real and dreamlike.

Once again, the Alternative Dimensional Being Ghighi begins acting in secret with a new invasion plot. But the pacifist Ghighi Doctor, who appears through a dimensional transporter, wishes for a peaceful solution.
