In the season five premiere, Oliver (Stephen Amell) takes the streets solo as the Green Arrow, with only Felicity guiding him, after the departures of both Diggle and Thea.

Oliver's new recruits for Team Arrow are Curtis (Echo Kellum), Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez), and Evelyn Sharp (Madison McLaughlin).

A Matter of Trust,

After a headstrong Wild Dog defies the Green Arrow's orders and sets out on his own after a dangerous drug dealer (Cody Rhodes), Oliver must save his teammate.

When Oliver joins Lyla for a mission, he leaves Felicity and the team behind. But when Tobias Church attacks, Felicity must decide if they should act without Oliver.

When Tobias Church captures and tortures one of Oliver's new recruits, Oliver must turn to an old friend, Christopher Chance (Wil Traval) aka the Human Target, for help.

When Prometheus ups his killing spree, Felicity and Curtis discover the victims have a mysterious link to Oliver's past, and this new secret could upend his new team.

When the bodies of two criminals are dropped at SCPD, Oliver realizes there is a new Vigilante in Star City. And Oliver finally sits down with Konstantin Kovar (Dolph Lundgren).

In the 100th episode and second part of the epic crossover, Oliver finds himself in a life where he never became the Green Arrow. Meanwhile, The Flash and Supergirl help out.

What We Leave Behind,

After Prometheus attacks Curtis, Oliver realizes that Prometheus knows all of Team Arrow's secret identities and is planning to come for them one by one.

Worried that Prometheus is right and that he truly is a killer, Oliver looks for hope and finds it in the miraculous return of Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy).

Second Chances,

In his quest to take down Kovar, Oliver gets help from a surprising source—Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig). Meanwhile, Felicity attempts to hack the NSA to help free Diggle.

A mission takes Oliver, Felicity, and the team to Russia, where they meet up with Oliver's old friend, Anatoly (David Nykl); Lance gets out of rehab.

Spectre of the Gun,

A traumatic attack on City Hall triggers painful memories for Rene about his family, revealing how he went from a simple family man to a hero named Wild Dog.

After China White, Cupid, and Liza Warner break out of prison, Oliver tries to stop the girl gang but instead finds the ACU there to arrest the Green Arrow for murder.

Fighting Fire With Fire,

After Vigilante attacks Oliver while he's acting as mayor, Diggle leads the team in a mission to stop Vigilante once and for all.

Oliver gets closer to the truth about Prometheus. Meanwhile, Helix refuses to continue helping Felicity until she does a favor for them.

Prometheus (Josh Segarra) goes to great lengths to break Oliver. Meanwhile, in flashbacks, Anatoly becomes worried about Oliver's increasingly violent tendencies.

Diggle and Felicity are shocked by Oliver's decision to call on the Bratva to help take down Prometheus, prompting Diggle to warn Oliver about what happens if things go wrong.

Dangerous Liaisons,

Oliver, Team Arrow & the SCPD kick off a citywide manhunt for Adrian Chase. Helix tells Felicity they have a way to find him, but they will need something from her in return.

Things get intense when Oliver and Felicity are trapped in the bunker together. Meanwhile, Lyla and Diggle deal with their marital issues.

Honor Thy Fathers,

Oliver returns to the mayor's office to face the release of dozens of violent criminals prosecuted by Chase. And a mysterious corpse is delivered to Oliver's office.

Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) returns to help Chase. Felicity organizes a birthday party for Oliver while Lance is furious when Rene misses the custody hearing for his daughter.

The battle between Oliver and Adrian Chase culminates on the island of Lian Yu, where Oliver recruits a group of unlikely allies to fight Chase in the season finale.
