Two street kids are pursued by the S.P.D., a space patrol from the future whose job it is to protect Earth from evil aliens.

Jack and Z must decide whether or not to join the S.P.D. Emperor Gruumm sets his sights on Earth.

Jack lets being the leader go to his head. Gruumm lures the A Squad Rangers into space.

Sky's refusal to accept Jack as the leader of the Rangers results in a victory for Gruumm.
