The task force turns attention towards locating a missing woman. To solve the case, the Roughies must shake down some modern pirates.

Jane responds to a distress call only to watch as a woman drowns after her boat sinks. The recovery of the boat leads to a surprising discovery, further leading the Roughies to a poaching operation.
