Sophie Grigson joins Adwoa Webber and Ben Stradling in Andalucia - the home of Tapas. Back in Bristol, they recapture a taste of Southern Spain with dishes inspired by the Tapas bars of Seville.

Savour the flavours of summer in Provence on the glamorous Cote d'Azur. Back home in Lancashire she sets about recreating some favorite Provencal dishes.

Experience the exotic sights and sounds of the souks of Morocco when Sophie joins uncle and niece - Christopher and Brigid Moss in Marrakech.

Tuscany is Sophie's destination this week, where she joins Tony and Christine Mooney. They transport the treats of the Tuscan table back to British shores in the form of crostini with tomatoes and wild mushrooms frittata.

Sophie's final culinary postcard comes from Crete, where fish is fresh from the sea, juicy pork Kebabs, superb stuffed vegetables, crisp Greek salad and moist walnut cake served with fresh oranges and creamy Greek yoghurt are the orders of the day.
