The royal planet of Kanon is in peril. An individual who introduces himself as Doctor Psychi has unleashed the Space Devil Bezelve horde, and insists that they turn over Queen Amate or witness the destruction of their long-treasured Tree of Life.

Gai and Juggler save a boy on Planet Rurin, who was attacked by the Bezelve, and later engage in combat with Monster Bemstar.

Gai and Juggler encounter Ricca and Micott, members of the Kanon Royal Guard who are in pursuit of Shinra after his attack on Queen Amate.

On Planet Kanon, Ultraman Orb is facing a rough fight with Bezelve, but Ultraman Dyna comes to his rescue!

Called to Planet Kanon by Asuka, Musashi informs Queen Amate that Psychi intends on using Queen Amate's blood and its power to transform her into a War Deity.

A War Deity stands to meet the Bezelve horde's onslaught. Psychi watches over the developments smugly, and as for Queen Bezelve... Gai makes an attempt to help the queen as Orb, but Asuka stops him

Micott is cut down by a Bezelve claw! Juggler, to whom Micott had always looked up to, is horrified in the face of such tragedy.

To prevent the Tree of Life and its seeds which hold the cure to the Bezelve poison from falling into evil hands, the War Deity is forced to fire a beam and destroy it.

Now, Earth is the battlefield between the Ultra Heroes and the Bezelve Army. During the battle, Juggler's attitude can be seen changing for the worse...

Emotionally moved by Queen Bezelve's sadness, Queen Amate resolves to speak with her as the War Deity.
