This week, the spotlight is on the chefs from Wales – Richard Davies, Aled Williams and James Sommerin. Today they kick things off with their starters, but which one is going to be first off the blocks? Former champion Stephen Terry will decide.

London and South East Starter,

It's the turn of the chefs from London and the South East - Tristan Welch, Tom Kerridge and Anthony Demetre. Today they're out to impress with their starters; breast of lamb with crisp lambs' fry; beer-braised oxtail and ham, egg and chips.

London and South East Fish,

It's the finals of Great British Menu. In today's program, the finalists cook their starters, which will be tasted and scored by the Great British Menu judges, and in a twist to the competition, there's a new addition to the judging panel.

Only 8 chefs remain and they are all determined to get at least one of their dishes through to the banquet. Today they cook their fish dishes for the Great British Menu judges, who are joined by a fourth member to assist them in their decision.

It's day 3 of the finals of Great British Menu, when the panel of judges give their verdict on the main courses. 8 of the country's top chefs are competing to cook at a banquet, celebrating the very best local produce from around the British Isles.
